❀ By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed in my terms of service. ❀

❀ Important Information ❀

• Please be patient with me!! Turnaround times could take me from around a few days, to a week, to more if needed. (especially if a drawing happens to be more complex)• I am not extremely fast so it takes me a little longer to produce artwork. Also depending on my mood and personal life, it might slow down my process at times as well.• I will always inform my clients during the process and will let you know the status of your drawing. I also share the status of commissions on my trello so you can check it anytime!• I do NOT permit the use of my art to create AI-generated content or NFTs.

❀ General ❀

• I have the right to turn down any commission requests.• Do not claim my artwork as your own.• You may post your commission with proper credit.• My art is not allowed to be used for commercial profit.• The commissioner may use it in any non-commercial way: profile pictures, wallpapers, print for their own use, etc.• Commissioned artwork is to be used ONLY by the client.

❀ Payment ❀

• All payments for commissions are made over PayPal, in USD.
• Payment is required in full and up-front and an invoice will be sent to you.

❀ When placing an order ❀

• I will not create a character for you, SFW reference image(s)/ are required.• To make the process easier, any additional images for me to use as a reference for pose(s), clothing, background, etc, or descriptions are required and help immensely to give me a better idea of what you're looking for. (even a stick figure drawing in MS Paint!)

❀ Process ❀

• I will send you WIP images of your commission, including sketch, lineart, and color.• You can request any necessary changes when I send over the sketch. Once approved, I will not go back to adjust what I have. Small edits to the lineart are okay too (unless I did something wrong, which I will fix)! However, I must know before I move on to the next steps.• When I present you with the finished piece, If there are things I may have missed or forgotten about, you may request minimal changes and I will fix them.

❀ Refund Policy ❀

• Please contact me if you wish to discuss a refund.• You may receive a full refund if I haven't started working on your commission.• If you are unhappy with the sketch WIP, I can refund 70% upon request. Once the sketch is confirmed, your piece is non-refundable• If, for some reason, I cannot complete the owed art, I will provide a full refund as well.

❀ Additional Characters ❀

• +80% of the original price for additional characters (or matching icons)

❀ Backgrounds ❀

• By default, all backgrounds will include a solid (plain, or gradient.) background• For more complex backgrounds and scenery, prices can be discussed in DMs!
